This policy explains how RB SCALES BRATLIE ("RBscales", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit rbscalespartners.com or apply to work with us. RB SCALES BRATLIE is the data controller, which means we are responsible for this data. If you have a question or a request, email robertbratlie06@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you apply

The information you enter in the application form: your full name, email address, Instagram or YouTube link, what you create, what you would like to monetise, and anything you choose to tell us about why you are interested in working with us.

When you email us

Your email address and the content of your message.

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health data. Please do not include it in the form.

How we use it and why

• To review your application and reply to you. We use your answers to assess whether a partnership could be a fit and to follow up. We do this because you asked us to consider working together, and because we have a legitimate interest in assessing potential partnerships.
• To answer your emails. We have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the website running and secure. We have a legitimate interest in operating a reliable and safe website.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not store anything in your browser.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of service providers. They process personal data on our behalf and only according to our instructions:

• Formspree receives the application form, stores submissions in our Formspree account and emails them to us.
• Google provides the email service where applications and messages to us are received and stored.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it against attacks and abuse.

We do not share your personal data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Applications: for as long as we need to assess the application and follow up. If we do not start working together, we delete it within 12 months of receiving it. If we do, we keep what we need for the partnership.
• Emails: for as long as we need to handle the conversation and any follow-up.
• Hosting data: Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited period under its own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your data
• restrict how we use your data, or object to our use of it
• send your data to you or to someone else in a commonly used format

Email robertbratlie06@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Norway, this is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
